1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Bespoke Profile guarantees a 100% refund. If the AI-generated results do not meet your expectations, a full refund is available under the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund is available only when both conditions are met:
No Download
You must not have downloaded even a single generated image to your device. The moment a download is initiated, the digital product is considered delivered.
Within 14 Days
The refund must be requested within 14 days of the payment date. Refunds are not available after 14 days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- —Any generated image has been downloaded
- —More than 14 days have passed since payment
- —Quality issues caused by non-compliant uploads (blurry photos, heavy filters, masks/sunglasses)
- —Results generated using free test credits
4. Free Re-roll Before Refund
Before requesting a refund, you may upload different selfies and try one free Re-roll. AI results can vary significantly depending on the quality and variety of input photos. We recommend trying again with guideline-compliant, high-quality selfies.
5. Refund Process
Use the “Request Refund” button in your dashboard. Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method. Upon approval, all credits, AI models, and generated results associated with the account will be deleted.
